Founder & Creative Director
The visionary behind MIT Creators, Yvette is a relentless perfectionist, fiercely loyal leader, and multitasking machine. Often juggling client calls, creative concepts, and motherhood with a twist of ADHD-powered brilliance. She’s the engine, the heart, and the final quality check behind every experience we deliver.
Fun Fact:
Has 27 tabs open at all times across her brain and her browser. Coffee in hand, vision in motion.
Favorite destination:
Barcelona, dancing in Ibiza (at least in her head).
Clint
Chief of Research & Mental Support
Clint is more than just our office dog he’s the soul of the team. Kind, loyal, and always up for an adventure, he joins technical visits to make sure every venue is client-approved (and nap-worthy). Whether you’re stressed or smiling, Clint’s got your back and probably your heart.
Fun Fact:
Has personally inspected more rooftops, beaches, and sofas than any of us. 5-star sniffer. 10/10 good boy.
Favorite destination:
Any place with grass, treats, and someone to follow especially Ibiza’s chill beaches and Barcelona’s sunny rooftops.
Gabriela
Event Manager & CEO’s Right Hand
Brazilian by heart, passionate by nature, Gaby is the soul of our operations. With a sharp eye for detail and a good sense of humor, she brings both order and energy to every event. Emotional, dedicated, and always in control, she’s the one making sure everything runs flawlessly while keeping us all smiling.
Fun Fact:
The most organized person on the team yet somehow always the first to fall for a prank (and the one we’d trust with absolutely everything).

Carla
Assistant Event Manager & Rising Star
The youngest (and only Gen Z we fully trust 😄), Carla brings fresh energy, quiet humor, and unstoppable curiosity to our team. She’s quick to learn, eager to help, and already mastering the magic behind every event, one client brief at a time.

Accidentally hilarious. Official Gen Z translator. Still thinks we’re the cool kids—and we love her for it.
Naomi
Senior Project Lead & Silent Power
Elegant, efficient, and just a little intimidating, Naomi is our behind-the-scenes lioness. A Leo through and through, she brings strength, style, and unwavering control to every project. She may not ask for credit, but nothing would run as smoothly without her.

Event Manager & Global Ops Queen
A master of the micro and the macro, Najat is our perfectionist problem-solver with a passport full of stamps and a heart full of purpose. Whether she’s managing three continents in five days or juggling client calls with school pick-up, she does it all – with sensitivity, grace, and flawless execution.
Fun Fact:
Can be in Dubai, Casablanca, and Barcelona within a week and still remember the AV specs.
Favorite destination:
Wherever the next flight takes her but Marbella sunsets hold a special place in her multitasking heart.
Katarina
Marketing Manager & Energy Booster
Our Swedish Viking with a heart of gold and the energy of five people. Katarina brings humor, speed, and unstoppable enthusiasm to every project she’s the first to jump in, the last to sit still, and always keeps the team laughing (and moving).

Powered by coffee, chaos, and contagious laughter she’s our in-house tornado of joy.
Favorite destination:
Anywhere with movement and music but dancing through Valencia’s streets is her kind of cardio.
Nina
Operations Anchor & Team Mom
The calm in our chaos and the one who’s always got your back. Nina is the heart of the backstage. She’s our go-to for everything from logistics to life advice, quietly holding it all together while making sure no one’s ever left behind.

She may not say much, but she sees everything and somehow always shows up right when you need her most.
